Ordering & Payment
How do I place an order
Add what you like to your cart, open the cart, and fill in your shipping details. Press Calculate shipping to see your shipping cost, then press Send order.
How do I pay
No payment is taken on the website. After you send your order, we email you to confirm it and arrange payment by e-transfer or PayPal.
What currency are your prices in
All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD).
Do you charge sales tax, and what about tariffs or import taxes
We do not charge sales tax. For orders shipped to the United States, any tariffs or import taxes are the customer's responsibility.
Can I change or cancel my order
Because payment is arranged by email, nothing is final until we confirm your order with you. Email us at beauandaerodesigns@gmail.com as soon as possible if you need to make a change.

Where do you ship
We ship from Wardsville, Ontario, Canada to Canada and the United States.
Can I pick up my order locally
Yes. Local pickup is free, so there is no shipping charge. Please email us at beauandaerodesigns@gmail.com first to arrange your pickup before you come by.
How long until my order arrives
Most orders are ready and on their way within about a week, and at most two weeks. Delivery time after that depends on the carrier and where you live.
How is shipping calculated
For Canadian orders, enter your postal code at checkout and we calculate shipping for you. For the US and other countries, we may quote shipping by email, and we always confirm the exact cost with you before you pay.
Why does the checkout say shipping is quoted by email
Shirts shipped to the US or elsewhere are priced individually, so we email you the shipping cost to confirm it before payment.
T-Shirts
How are the shirts made
Our shirts are screen printed, the traditional way. Sword of the Spirit is printed in black ink on military green, on a heavyweight cotton and cotton-blend shirt.
What are the shirts made of
Fabric information:
- Fabric weight: 4.5 oz/yd² (US), 7.5 oz per linear yard (Canada). 100% U.S. ring-spun cotton, 30 singles.
- Heather Oatmeal is 99/1 cotton/polyester.
- Antique colors and Sport Grey are 90/10 cotton/polyester.
- Dark Heather and the other Heather colors are 65/35 polyester/cotton.
- Graphite Heather is 50/50 cotton/polyester.
Made with soft ring-spun cotton and cotton blends, the fabric is breathable.

- Narrow width, rib collar
- Taped neck and shoulders
- Tear-away label
What sizes do you offer
Extra Small through Extra Large. You can see the measurements in the size chart on the Sword of the Spirit page. We recommend checking it before you order.
Can I wash and dry the shirts
Yes. They can go through the washing machine and the dryer.
What if my shirt does not fit
You can send it back and we will switch it for another size. You will need to pay for the shipping, so it is best to check the size chart before ordering.

Note Cards
What are the note cards
Original snowy owl photography, with a line of owl folklore on the back. Each card is blank inside and comes with an envelope.
How much are they
$7.00 for a single card, or $25.00 for a boxed set of all four designs.
